AGREEMENT BETWEEN WARRANT HUB AND MADE: THE COMPANY IS THE NEW SUPPORTING PARTNER OF THE COMPETENCE CENTER OF LOMBARDY FOR INDUSTRY 4.0

Correggio (RE) – Milan, 18th September 2020 – Warrant Hub (Tinexta Group), leader in consulting businesses on subsidized finance transactions and supporting innovation and development projects, and MADE, the public-private consortium company that supports SMEs on the path to Industry 4.0, announce that they have signed a collaboration agreement aimed at integrating their respective expertise, activities and services for the benefit of Italian businesses.

On the one hand, MADE, able of identifying the best of the technologies on the market, acts as an accelerator for companies’ technical skills by suggesting innovative solutions for the modernization of industrial processes: a backbone pillar of the Industry 4.0 plan, now Transition 4.0, and a genuine innovation hub for the national business fabric.

 

On the other hand, Warrant Hub is now a point of reference in consulting not only in the areas of Facilitated Finance, Energy and European Funds, but also in innovation, digital transformation and technology transfer. With today’s agreement, Warrant Hub joins an excellence team, in terms of skills and specialization, made up of 4 Universities, 1 Public Entity and 42 companies including brands of international size and prestige.

Thanks to the collaboration between MADE and Warrant HUB, companies could rapidly adopt digital value chains, based on the  on enhancing and upgrading human capital, an indispensable asset for recovery, competitiveness and growth.

For example, for taking advantage of the incentives provided by the Transition 4.0 Plan: Tax Credit for research, development, innovation and design activities, Tax Credit for investments in capital goods and Training Bonus 4.0. Or, for the exploitation of the Patent Box or for specialized services such as, among others, the managerial management of European Projects.

Warrant Hub has, moreover, made its WNEWS platform and online “facilitation map” service accessible to MADE, which ensures constant and timely updates on all funding opportunities nationwide.
