Alcantara S.p.A. is an Italian company specialized in the production of the eponymous technical and design material, renowned for its versatility and quality.

The problem

The project aimed to assess the organization’s digital maturity and develop a strategy for adopting artificial intelligence, identifying the areas with the greatest potential impact for implementing advanced technological solutions and building a digital transformation roadmap.

The AI assessment by MADE4.0 is structured into four phases:
