The goals
The goal of REBOOT SKILLS is to enable workers who are employed—or wish to be employed—in the manufacturing sector to access advanced digital upskilling opportunities, helping them keep pace with the latest developments in cybersecurity, robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), and the Internet of Things (IoT).
The project brings together EU training institutions and professional organizations to offer a tailored reskilling model based on advanced digital skills through short training courses, which will empower workers and the manufacturing industry during this critical moment for the European manufacturing ecosystem.
The specific objectives of the project are to:
Create a sustainable and collaborative training offer that meets the digitalization needs of SMEs operating in key areas.
Facilitate access for SME owners, managers, and employees to high-level digital training that is easily accessible in a multi-site context.
Increase the number of men and women capable of designing, developing, and implementing digital solutions in the manufacturing industry.
