Mylia is the Adecco Group brand specializing in training and development, capable of supporting the growth of companies and individuals along ambitious change trajectories in line with our partners’ expectations.

The problem

Mylia faces the challenge of providing truly effective and personalized training paths for individuals and companies. Traditional methods are often not aligned with specific professional development needs, limiting their impact on business and individual growth. It becomes essential to optimize user behavior profiling to predict more suitable learning paths.

The solution

Thanks to the collaboration with MADE4.0 and aizoOn, Mylia has successfully digitalized the Aheda service by developing a web app. This allows for seamless service delivery to clients while collecting new data to further experiment with the AI-based learning system.

The Aheda service is built on two key technological dimensions:

  • AI-based probabilistic network: This predictive model analyzes behavioral and psychosocial dimensions to forecast development paths tailored to individuals. By leveraging causal-probabilistic relationships, it ensures personalized training programs aligned with each user’s profile and engagement level.

  • Web app integration: The digital platform enhances service accessibility, supporting a phygital learning journey. It streamlines user engagement and learning flow while incorporating a structured service journey and an AI-powered algorithm for optimized training experiences.
