Searches for Competence Center Industry 4.0 MADE, a digital and sustainable factory that supports manufacturing companies on the path of digital transformation towards Industry 4.0.

The resource will be responsible for supervision and technical-operational management of some of MADE’s technological areas, listed below: Virtual Design and New Product Development, Digital Twin and Virtual Commissioning, Lean Manufacturing 4.0, Logistics 4.0, Collaborative Robotics and Intelligent Worker Assistance Systems, Quality 4.0, Product Traceability and Additive Manufacturing, Smart Energy and Industrial Process Monitoring and Control, Smart Maintenance, Industrial Cyber Security and Big Data Analytics.
In this role he/she will need to ensure that the mechanical and IT technologies present are working and connected at all times, will need to support MADE’s partners and customers in their demonstration and project activities in the area of expertise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Management Engineering;

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in defining strategies and policies for management of manufacturing plants and machines;

  • ability to analyze physical and logistical processes;

  • experience in planning maintenance work and defining operating procedures;

  • management of relationships with suppliers and outside companies.

Excellent organizational and management skills, communication skills, autonomy, resistance to stress, and problem solving abilities complete the profile.
