Lombarda S.p.A. is a company specialising in the production of concrete products for the construction industry, offering reliable, high-quality solutions for infrastructure, residential and industrial construction and civil engineering works.
Currently, the process of managing and controlling production and maintaining machinery and equipment is carried out manually. In particular, the production manager directly records key production parameters, such as timing and productivity, but also problems, errors and maintenance requirements that may arise during the production processes.
The proposed solution allows the company to automatically collect process data through connectivity between the machines and an information system, enabling real-time monitoring of machine performance and operating status.
