MADE4.0: two years later

On Wednesday, Jan. 18, the press conference MADE4.0: Two Years Later was held and MADE4.0 President Marco Taisch illustrated the trends in manufacturing by analyzing the challenges of the increasingly complex international context to understanding the role digital technologies play in addressing the changes taking place.

The achievements achieved by MADE4.0 in these two years of activity were then presented and some technology transfer projects were analyzed. The numbers are important: more than 140 technology transfer projects, more than 200 training courses delivered to about 4,000 participants for more than 27 thousand man-hours of training and orientation moments addressed to more than 17,000 participants.

These are “very encouraging numbers, but they can certainly be increased because there are still many companies that have not focused well on the importance of rapid and sustainable digital transformation.”
