School of Competencies 4.0

School of Competencies 4.0 – MADE is a structure that deals with designing, structuring training courses aimed at those who wish to update or retrain their knowledge.

Made Competence Center’s training offer consists of Single Courses, Experiences, and Training Paths. It is possible, for companies that request it, to define customized training paths. We also offer refresher courses for corporate technology referents (Train the Trainer).

The training courses offered by MADE are designed to offer the best balance between the theoretical and practical parts, using the demonstrators and technologies available in the Center.

School of Competencies 4.0 is structured in:

  • Single course: There are strategic courses, varying in duration from 8 hours and offering a comprehensive overview of the chosen topic, and technical-operational of 16 or 24 hours duration, which are more practical and experiential. They can be attended individually or as part of a longer-term course or experience.
  • Experience: Experiences are a set of individual courses collected with the aim of deepening a specific topic with a duration of 4 to 6 days
  • Training Paths: Various transversal topics inherent to the digital factory are addressed in the training pathways. Pathways are the longest and most complete type of training: the duration is 8/11 days.
