Operational Excellence (OpEx) toolbox

GOAL:

An interactive workshop introduces participants to operational excellence (OpEx) through the A3 methodology for an understanding of the advantages of the A3 method for improving project management, from setting up (problem-setting) to implementation (problem-solving).
The operational-technical course lasts 3 days during which learners acquire advanced OpEx techniques based on data analysis. Participants learn new data analytics techniques in the service of process and operations improvement and apply them to real cases. This set of techniques enables users to harness the masses of data collected from corporate assets and put them to use for per- formance improvement purposes.
