Through the A.R.S.O. project we aim to assess the AS-IS status of sustainability practices present in the company and identify the TO-BE that will lead the ‘company to greater sustainability in the short, medium and long term.
To embark on a path focused on sustainability practices and methodologies, the company wants to:
Understand the current state of its digital maturity level as well as that related to sustainability issues;
Understand methodologies to be implemented in its processes to achieve a level of sustainability that can integrate both environmental impact and strategic and economic aspects.
