GOAL:
Learning the value of sustainability as a strategic development and growth lever for SMEs. The course analyses the strategies and tools companies canprofitably use to achieve sustainability goals, using real-life examples, testimo- nials and best practice analysis.
The course focuses in particular on developing innovative business models – such as circular economy models – combining impact reduction with process redesign and the new service provision.
