Introduction

Mylia is The Adecco Group’s brand specialising in training and skills development. It supports companies and individuals on their path to continuous growth, offering tailor-made solutions to tackle changes in the world of work in an innovative and sustainable way.

The problem

Traditional training methods are often unable to respond effectively and in a personalised manner to the real needs of individuals and companies. This lack of alignment reduces the positive impact on business and personal growth. It was therefore essential for Mylia to introduce a system capable of better profiling users and providing personalised learning paths, maximising the effectiveness of training interventions.

The solution

Thanks to its collaboration with MADE4.0 and aizoOn, Mylia has digitised the Aheda service, creating a web app to deliver the service journey more efficiently. The solution is designed to collect useful data to test an artificial intelligence-based learning system, with the aim of offering predictive and tailor-made training courses.

Technologies

AI-based probabilistic network for analysing psychosocial dimensions and predicting personalised development paths.

Interactive web app for digital service management and algorithm use, in an integrated phygital experience.

Impacts

The Aheda project enables Mylia to improve its organisational behaviour profiling strategy and align training interventions with individuals’ characteristics. The introduction of an AI-based predictive model allows for the customisation of both individual and group pathways, optimising training investment. The system also feeds into an observatory that compares data across sectors and territories, contributing to the strategic growth of client companies.

Benefits for the company

Optimisation of training strategies with savings on ineffective courses

Greater alignment between developed skills and actual business needs

Strengthening the culture of change through the development of behaviours that are functional to the role
