MADE designed a customised training programme for C-Level executives, structured in two phases. The first phase, in asynchronous mode, provided the theoretical foundations to standardise initial knowledge.
The second phase, held in person, combined lectures on European regulations, ESG, circular economy and sustainability with practical sessions focused on the specific context of the company.
The approach included exercises on double materiality analysis and Life Cycle Assessment, key tools for setting up a strategic plan and drafting the first Sustainability Report.
