However, many SMEs do not have sufficient resources to implement advanced network monitoring and security solutions, which are often reserved for large enterprises. This scenario leaves SMEs exposed to increasingly sophisticated threats, making operational resilience a difficult challenge to address.
The project involves the creation of an advanced NOC (Network Operation Centre) solution, designed to be accessible to SMEs and other organisations with limited budgets, such as professional associations and consulting firms.
The advanced NOC integrates latest-generation technologies for predictive and proactive network monitoring:
Cognitive Artificial Intelligence: Real-time learning to identify and respond to new threats.
User Behavior Analytics (UBA): Monitoring devices and user behavior to identify potential risks associated with improper or anomalous network usage.
Advanced Automation: Automatic orchestration of responses to specific events via API integration, reducing manual intervention and the margin for human error.
The system analyses network flows, protocols and applications, using geolocation tools to monitor data sources and destinations. These capabilities enable:
