Wise S.r.l. is an Italian company specialising in the development of advanced solutions for industrial automation and production process simulation.
The printed circuit board (PCB) market demands ever faster time-to-market and high precision in design and manufacturing. WISE faced critical challenges related to the need to accelerate time-to-market, improve the competitiveness of its products and optimise internal processes. The problem was compounded by a reliance on manual approaches to quotation and design, which often led to delays and margins for error.
The aim of the project was to introduce an automated system for creating quotations and implement advanced CFD simulation tools capable of reducing development times and improving overall process efficiency.
The project was divided into two main streams:
Automation of quotation processes: Implementation of an automated system for generating quotations.
Introduction to CFD simulations: using simulation tools to optimise design times.
Reduced design and time to market.
Lower operating costs thanks to fewer physical prototypes.
