Desired impacts Rigon Srl is a family-run company specializing in the design and manufacture of molds for plastics.
Rigon Srl, a company with extensive expertise in the design and manufacture of plastic molds, turned to MADE4.0 for the implementation of the i4.0 Strategy project.0 project in order to assess the current digital maturity of its processes (as-is), identify strengths and weaknesses and, based on these, build a digital roadmap that will lead Rigon’s management into the future, while respecting the company’s resource, economic and structural constraints.
Industry 4.0 Strategy: implementation of a plan for the adoption of digital technologies and strategic skills to ensure a company’s evolution towards Industry 4.0 in terms of process efficiency and effectiveness, in line with corporate objectives.
Thanks to the fundamental assessment of the current organisational context using the Strategia i4.0 analysis methodology, it is possible to evaluate the level of digitisation in the company’s main areas. The analysis aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each process, as well as opportunities to strengthen them, thereby improving the company’s digital maturity. Based on the results, a digital roadmap was created to help the company achieve its strategic objectives.
The roadmap projects covered:
digital training;
the introduction of a Quality Management System;
process mapping & Lean organization;
the introduction of a MES and a scheduler;
the creation of a Dashboard with KPIs.
