Since 1977, Tecnocarta has been operating seriously and competently in the paper industry, offering a wide variety of products and services for the food and non-food industry.
TECDIG360 aims for a holistic digital transformation of Tecnocarta, integrating the Lean approach with advanced technologies to optimize business processes and functions. This project not only focuses on digitizing production and maintenance processes through Tesar’s MES software, but also extends innovation to human resource management with the introduction of Lean HR.
Through a soft and digital skills assessment of all employees, the project will identify skill gaps and develop a tailored training plan to fill these gaps, improving the company’s adaptability and overall efficiency.
Digital Assessment: the first step of the project is precisely to frame Tecnocarta’s starting point and create a roadmap of improvement interventions, across the board.
Lean HR: The project introduces a Lean approach to human resource management, with the aim of improving organizational effectiveness and staff well-being.
Change management – Leadership: Along the lines of the focus on people, which aims to bring Tecnocarta closer not only to its Industry 4.0 goal but also to the even more challenging 5.0 goal, a project phase dedicated to change management is included. Through various situational exercises, it is intended to measure the current leadership style of current or future managers by reporting back to them precise feedback, a personalized report on their gaps and advice for filling them.
Lean Logistics and Maintenance: the project also includes a lean study in Logistics and Maintenance, the latter in particular preparatory to defining requirements for the related MES extension.
MES (Manufacturing Execution System): The project involves upgrading Tesar’s MES software, an advanced management tool, related to the maintenance module. Through this system we aim, for example, at real-time monitoring of Key Performance Indicators related to maintenance effectiveness, such as response time, downtime, failure frequency, and maintenance costs.
Operational Efficiency: significant improvement of internal processes, reducing task execution times and optimizing the use of available resources.
Market Responsiveness: the company will be able to respond more quickly and effectively to market dynamics, enhancing competitiveness and innovation capacity.
Health and Safety Improvement: the integration of new skills, especially in the digital field, will help enhance workplace health and safety standards.
