The specific objectives of the project

Develop an “intra-entrepreneurial” mindset in young talent to train them as leaders in the manufacturing sector.

Provide practical experience through collaborations with industry and analysis of real-life cases.

Provide a theoretical framework on innovation and entrepreneurship through university lectures.

Develop innovative ideas for sustainable production by tackling real business challenges.

Train students to present their ideas in front of a panel of experts.

To offer talented students the opportunity to enter the world of sustainable and innovative production.

Conduct an international recruitment campaign to attract young talent to the program.

The results

The learning content on I&E skills developed specifically for the summer school will be used in other courses offered by various universities and/or companies, as will some of the experiences proposed.

The digital content (nuggets) on I&E will enrich the BPL and will therefore be available to interested users even after the end of the activity.

The experience gained in organizing and delivering the school will be leveraged to offer a summer school for future cohorts of EITM master’s students or to create new educational experiences for professionals.

The ideas generated during the summer school in response to the challenges posed by partner companies could be further developed and brought to market through the creation of new products and services or the launch of start-ups.
