SKillAIbility was created to address the challenges associated with the digital and green transition in the manufacturing sector, with a focus on employment impact and inclusion.

The project is part of Industry 5.0, promoting a technological transformation that is sustainable and people-centered.

Aims to understand how emerging technologies (AI, ML) are changing the nature of work, developing tools to analyze and guide this change.

It is aimed at workers, companies, policy makers, and institutions, offering methodologies for assessing and enhancing skills with a view to resilience and equitable growth.
