Thanks to the implementing decree of the Ministry of Economic Development signed by Minister Giancarlo Giorgetti, Competence Centers are now accredited entities to deliver training activities subject to tax credit.
The decree establishes a new certification system based on a ‘double test,’ but raises to 70 percent the bonus for SMEs and 50 percent for Medium Enterprises. Unchanged, however, are the incentives dedicated to large enterprises, which remain at 30 percent.
The double test includes an initial assessment, through a standardized questionnaire, of the skills (basic and specific) of the training recipients, then a verification of the acquired knowledge through a final test.
The initiative aims to ensure the quality of the training system on enabling technologies for Industry 4.0 by defining training paths capable of creating the knowledge required by the labor market today.
Companies can apply to Made – Competence Center Industry 4.0 to activate courses by taking advantage of tax incentives
